  • What time is the delivery and set-up?
    Delivery : Anytime between 10AM – 3PM Pick-up: 8AM - 11AM (Morning after event) Any other time than above can be arranged on availability basis. *” Party House” and “Bubble Tent” will be set up and taken down by our team on arrival & collection day. It typically takes 1-3 hours to set-up and pick-up.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    A full refund will be given for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be give for cancellation after that period. Cancellations due to weather(torrential rain, high winds, extreme weather warnings) are subject to rescheduling and are not eligible for a refund. No Exception. Refunds will be returned in original payment method.
  • What speaker comes with Party House?
    It comes with PA Interlink Bluetooth Speaker, you can connect your phone to play your own music, or to your DJ deck directly.
  • Can I rent the Party House for any seasons?
    Yes, we provide heater for winter season and AC for any other season as per client request.
